The Formation of the Hanafi School and peculiarities of religious teachings

Abstract

It was more than ten years that Kazakhstan has existed as sovereign and independent country. During these years the deep and fundamental changes were taken place in all branches of our society. Kazakhstan has become as a thoroughly developed country and showed its aptitude of being in a competition on the international level. The works of spiritual heritage which had gone to the bottom of the history were reconstructed and met its worthy inheritors. Though there not few problems taken place in the society. It is known from the facts that the present religious situations are as complex as many-sided in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstanese muslims are the mazhab holders of Abu Hanifa in Islam studyings. But this direction is more tolerantly, satisfied and it is also the trend that agreed with the local rules of traditions and customs, habits, traditional standards. It is one of the research works devoted to analysis of the native religion as considered the religious-philosophical foundations of Islam’s Hanafi mazhab. The research work is showed the necessary traditional positions from the point of philosophy for the sake of spiritual reason of Kazakh people what was developed from the necessity of our society and it was considered as the actual new theme. Hanafi mazhab was one of the legal schools of Islam and it made a great influence to the systematization of sunnet science with its saying concerning the foundations of “akida”. Here the role of Imam Agzam Abu Hanifa was important. The foundations of Hanafi “akida” concerned sunnet schools were continued and developed through Maturidizm.
