Spiritual and cultural basis of formation of the kazakh nation

Abstract

The president of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev to the people of January 17, 2014 began the message thus: «I announced a new political proramma of development till 2050 a year ago. Main goal of the program – entry of Kazakhstan into 30 developed countries of the world. It is the correct direction of an ideiya «Мәңгілік eл», it is reached perfection a new era in the history of the people. Here it is necessary to pay attention to that that, the first state idea appeared officially the «Мәңгілік eл». It is idea – an essence of a conclusion of national idea of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We won’t be mistaken if we tell that idea The «Мәңгілік eл» the uniform historical purpose and a patriotic appeal of compatriots. The mentioned idea not only the purpose of which for centuries the Kazakh people, but also a courageous merit and result continuous creativity of the people on the way to Nezavismosti dreamed. Now deeply to explain the concepts The «Мәңгілік eл» and to show historical bases are important mission. Therefore my article is devoted to idea The ««Мәңгілік қaзaқ eлі» and as it is influenced by history, spiritual culture of the Kazakh people, and also in article it is told that it all are the beginning of idea.
