Ulitau as governance

Abstract

In this article Ulytau is considered as historic center of the Kazakh people and center of nomadic culture. The author connects beauty and magnificence of Ulytau with its historical meaning. Ulytau’s system of public administration author considers in interrelation with the Kazakh traditions, author gives interpretation of historical khan’s ceremony called «Ulykta». In same time in article Ulytau is considered as the eternal homeland of khan Zhoshy. Ulytau’s vicinities are the homeland of the known historic famous persons who dreaming of unity and neighborliness of country. In article considered the Kazakh khanate digression to history of the Kazakh people. It is told about the master of the world – Chingiz khane. In the article conclusion author headline the meaning of education in independent Kazakhstan which is based on knowledge of the history.
