Main socio-political threats to national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of transformation energy sector in the world

Abstract

This article is devoted to the basic trends of change in the energy sector in Kazakhstan in particular and the world in general. Energy resources are the policy tool that is used for specific purposes. But the weight of these instruments depends on the state of the energy industry as a whole. In carrying out energy policy it is very important to adequately assess the capabilities of the tools to understand and predict the development of events in the energy sector. This article discusses the impact of the energy factor in the internal policy of Kazakhstan, as the article is a forecast of the joint development of Kazakhstan’s economy and energy sector of Kazakhstan, highlighted major threats to social and political stability, related to changes in the structure of the energy sector in the world.
