Feminization of extremism as a social phenomenon (on example of Islamism)

Abstract

In our days religious extremism is transforming, evolving has appeared before the world community in a new form of feminist extremism. The radicalization of women affects all levels of society from everyday life to political institutions, so this problem is the most topical for today. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the feminization of extremism. In the article analyzed the works of Kazakh, Russian and foreign scientists researched the problem of extremism’s feminization. In order to research modern situation analyzed of expert interviews. In the course of the study, the reasons for the feminization of extremism, its impact on society, methods of prevention, and a portrait of a woman susceptible to extremism were identified.
In general, the provided research can be used to create programs to counter extremism and terrorism, the preparation of counter-lecture lectures, as well as lectures for students.
