Abstract

Abstract: China is one of the oldest civilizations with a history of five thousand years. Despite foreign influences and conquests, Chinese culture has managed to maintain its identity. Most of the achievements in human history can be traced back to Chinese civilization; paper, weapons and even the Great Silk Road, which was a kind of bridge connecting the East and the West, originated here. The traditional culture of China has formed a rich and unique Chinese management culture. The article comprehensively analyzes the rules of ancient Chinese philosophy, which are the spiritual basis of management culture. Focusing on the works of modern Chinese scholars, it investigates how the described principles of traditional Chinese culture are applied in modern Chinese corporate culture. This study aims to identify the distinctive features of the corporate culture of modern China under the influence of the main value orientations - traditional Chinese culture and Confucianism.

Key words: China, corporate culture, traditional culture, ancient Chinese philosophy, Confucianism, principles of corporate culture.
