Abstract

The article shows the transition period of Post-Soviet republics that represents the organic part of the naturalistic process of the traditional societies transformation into their modern (postmodern) organization and development forms in the age of global democratic wave, secular character of social life organization reinforcement. This work reveals, that new social and political and social and cultural changes, that appeared as consequence of the replacement of traditions by market relations, that formed Western model of social and cultural society transformation, competitive democracy, market economy, social state and society of mass consumption, life standards and values, alienation among human, society and nature;
