Abstract

The globalization of education and its initial circumstances have formed a media axiosystem that reflects the universal cognitive strategies of the 21st century in their value-based content. Social axiology studies the social and value significance as a necessity for constructing a new reality, forming social and individual value foundations. Based on the methodological framework of ontology, epistemology, and axiology of the media educational space, a socio-philosophical analysis of the necessary attributes of the axiosystems of Russia and China is carried out in order to create a unified media educational space. Discussion. As one of the integral attributes of the universal (noospheric) phenomenon, the axiosystems of Russia and China manifest themselves in the media space as attributes of value-containing communication (new media, audience, user, system of public values, etc.). The axiosystems of Chinese and Russian media education adapt to global processes through a complex of elements of the socio-cultural environment, revealing the most stable ontological, epistemological, and axiological principles of social existence. Conclusion. From the point of view of the development of universal social intelligence and the possibility of the dialectics of educational values adapted to media educational practices, the characteristics of the axiosystem of the media educational space have been developed. It is emphasized that in the historically developing program of social inheritance, the ontological, epistemological, and axiological characteristics of human and social existence have a certain influence on the deepening of international dialogue, which is driven by the search for value foundations, meanings, and prospects for both social development and the most justified value foundations of innovative educational content, which depends on the forms of social existence and the level of information potential.
