Political management in the conditions of digitalization of Kazakhstan: condition and prospects

In the modern world, digitalization of public administration plays a key role in increasing the efficiency and transparency of political processes. This study is aimed at analyzing the current state and prospects of digitalization of political administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the work is to assess the achieved successes and identify the main challenges and obstacles to the full implementation of digital technologies in public administration. The study is based on the analysis of the legal framework, official documents and statistical data. The work proves that digitalization contributes to improving the quality of management decisions and optimizing public services. The main results of the study show that the Republic of Kazakhstan is making significant steps towards creating a sustainable and effective digital government system, but it is necessary to solve a number of problems related to legislative regulation and personnel training. The study contributes to the development of theoretical and practical foundations of digital public administration and can serve as a basis for further scientific work in this area. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of recommendations for optimizing digital transformation processes, which can be used to adjust strategies and programs in the field of digital policy.
