Аннотация

The development of the land conflict has risen to a new level in the States. For the country of the world, the process of urbanization has increased due to the sharp population growth in Latin America, Africa and Asia. This, in turn, led to an increase in the city's population. In addition, the village initially migrated to the city. The excessive increase in the population of cities has created problems of various levels. The number of slums of various levels continued to increase in the suburbs. The shacks, in turn, were built illegally. The Earth's population has increased. The researchers called this urbanization false urbanization. During the false urbanization, a land conflict broke out. Illegal buildings were demolished by the decision of the government. And this, in turn, raised the issue of human rights. That is, the question of the right to life and the natural right of persons who illegally occupied and built land was raised by lawyers and sociologists. If until now the land conflict was assessed in the order of resource conflict, then over time the researchers stated that the land conflict has a social conflict character. In connection with the land dispute during urbanization, researchers from Latin America, Africa, and Asia have created associations. In this regard, attempts were made to use modern technologies in resolving the land conflict. Estimates were made related to areas in cities where land conflicts are raging. The low social situation was assessed as the main main reason for the escalation of the land dispute during urbanization.
