Abstract

Kazakh culture values undergo huge changes under the influence of mass culture. Preserving the spiritual values that define the national culture requires certain programs for the preservation and transformation of identity in the world. The theory of transformation is based on the human progress idea. The spiritual modernization concept presupposes changes in the national consciousness of Kazakhs, the understanding development and tolerance in the world.
The purpose of this article is the study of Kazakh spiritual values transformation in the globalization conditions. The authors consider the main directions of transformation, based on the concept of Inglehart theory. The impact of scientific and technological progress, the Internet and the digitalization of the economy on the development of Kazakh culture spiritual values was determined in the article. Kazakhstan should become the country where the integral vision will allow forming around itself a coalition of like-minded countries and joining the process of transition to the common digital future.
