The need of global, national and individual context in the dialogue

Abstract

Author, delving into the essence of dialogue, considering it as an indicator of active life position and system of thought reveals the functional content in extraordinary real-life situations. The paper analyzes the evolution of the function of dialogue in the context of global trends in the national interest and motives of human activity. It presents the author s thinking about the resource sensitive and business communication to reach and agreement for the development and affi rmation of man. In independent country the dialogue is becoming in forms of democracy, for strengthening of environment stability. Its growing need of human in open dialogue and its applying in three measurements – in social individual, modernization of interethnic relationship and management of environment. The dialogue is increasing of innovation thinking, constriction of rough intervention areas in searching of the truth indifference.
