Abstract

This article is dedicated to philosophical analysis of theprocess of forming anintegrated man-made environment on a planetary scale, which is the result of technological development. The globalization of the technical system and its output to the threshold (planetary) integrity level – the major trend resulting from the objective laws of the development of technology. It is realized in the creation of a united technological chain, embracing the whole planet, and global information and technical environment, based on modern communication systems. Consumption of natural resources, forms of production activities and daily household people lives are increasingly defined by this trend. In this article the philosophical analysis of scientific and technological development of the countries of the Minor and Central Asia, and the Middle East is made. For the philosophy of technique as the methodology of the natural sciences and engineering it is deeply important to reflect the actual technological development processes. Systematic scientific knowledge needs the ideological basis formulation of which is made with evidence-based position on the basis of philosophical analysis. One of the main tasks of modern philosophical and scientific thought is to consider the content of man-made global problems and the analysis of their nature in the context of the historical development of mankind.
