National security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the program documents of the Head of State and the experience of previous years

Abstract

This article examines the issues of national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the program documents of the Head of State in 2015-2016 and analysis of scientific works of Kazakh political scientists over a 25-year history of independent Kazakhstan. The study findings were obtained that the program documents of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev aimed at including the improvement of the security of the individual, society and state. It was revealed that issues of national security research in the early years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan had military and foreign character. A distinctive feature of most studies on national security issues, is of an applied nature. A characteristic feature of most national security investigations is the fact that many authors consider the safety problems in different spheres of social life: the geopolitical, economic, military, social, environmental – and etc. While a holistic study of national security is not carried out.
