Modern religious situation in the Caspian region: challenge and prospects

Abstract

This work is devoted to the importance of the Caspian region in aspect of the Kazakhstan national interests. Kazakhstan is the Caspian state, and the territory of potential and real transit of the Caspian energy resources, and the state substantially included in the global level of policy. Timeliness of studying of various aspects of the Caspian region becomes especially obvious if to consider that without comprehensive analysis of a number of questions it is impossible to understand both the deep phenomena and character, and the main tendencies of development of the countries and the people of this region. Studying of geopolitical nuances in the region is necessary for definition of mechanisms of the decision through joint efforts of all problems of the Caspian Sea without which it is impossible to develop and realize a complex of necessary measures and creation of joint structure by five coastal states which functioning would promote effective cooperation of the states of the Caspian region and creation of system of regional security. I ripened need of the objective analysis constructive and destructive consequences of transformational processes in Caspian region at a turn of the XX-XXI centuries.
