Human capital as the important wealth of a country

Abstract

The problem of human capital is one of the most actual and important problems of the modern globalized society. Human capital takes its basis from the basic fundamental ideas of exploring the phenomenon of man. Its economic, political, national and spiritual foundations provide important ideas for its improvement. The purpose of this article is to consider the basic criteria and principles, the importance of the spiritual and the material world in the development of human capital. The article analyzes the problems of competitiveness, adapting to the current market situation, education and human professionalism, intellectual potential of the country, as the basis of human capital components. In operation, the comparative method was used on the topic, the analogy, the historicity of the method of analysis and other research methods. Study of the problem of human capital, considering the previous contradictions, mistakes today, makes it possible to determine the direction of development of human capital. The analysis in this paper suggests a practical application in the solution of social, spiritual and practical issues concerning the development of human capital in the modern Kazakh society.
