Forming artistic skills skills in the future teacher – vocalist in the process of professional training

Abstract

Transformations in the social sphere are characteristic, affecting all aspects of social life very important for the modern stage of the cultural development of human society. Modern trends in the developments of education, increased professional requirements for the personality of a graduate of a higher school have increased the need for the formation of the individuality of specialists, the realization of their creative abilities, and the development of an individual style of activity. Achieving this goal is impossible without developing the theoretical and scientifically-methodical foundations for organizing vocational training for students, since the decisive factor in the renewal of higher education is not just the personality of a specialist, his readiness to act creatively, but also a bright, original personality, unique and inimitable, because creativity cannot exist without personal, individual embodiment. The problem today is that the society needs a specialist, personally involved in the profession, having a broad outlook, a large range of empathy, embodying the humanistic ideal of the creative and educational process. He should be able to choose ways of thinking and actions aimed at preserving and developing a humanistic culture, as well as become a creative, unique, unique personality in the field of his professional activity.
