Abstract

This article examines the religious text and its juridical hermeneutics
in the works associated with the foundation of Islamic jurisprudence: "AlUafi"
and "Al-Kafi", well known theologist and legal scholar of the
Kazakh steppes in XIII century Husamuddin al-Sygnak.
