Socio-cultural foundation of tolerance: the background and characteristics

Abstract

Article is devoted to complex cultural-philosophical analysis of the role of spiritual and moral and social values of the individual and society in formation of tolerance. The role of the spiritual and psychological, spiritual and moral values in the formation of tolerance as a social value was identi­fied. The factors and meaningful policies in forming social values and the values of tolerance, in the cultural and educational environment including, as well as in social structures and institutions, and the relationship of social subjects were determined.
