Legal regulation of risks and challenges of investment policy in Kazakh-Chinese relations

This article explores the challenges and risks associated with investment policy regulation between Kazakhstan and China. The study analyzes the development of investment cooperation between the two countries, its main directions, and effectiveness. The article examines the structure of investment flows, investments in strategic sectors, and their impact on the economies of both countries. Additionally, the reasons and consequences of the risks and challenges specific to Kazakh-Chinese investment cooperation are discussed. The article provides an analysis of investment projects, illustrating successful examples of Kazakh-Chinese cooperation through specific case studies. Furthermore, the study addresses issues such as the legal regulation of investment activities and the role of international agreements. In this article, the following methodological approaches were used to analyze the challenges and risks associated with investment policy regulation between Kazakhstan and China: data analysis: the study examined various sources of information, including international agreements, the legislative frameworks of Kazakhstan and China, and economic reports; comparative analysis: the investment cooperation experiences and strategies between Kazakhstan and China were compared to international practices, assessing their effectiveness; case studies: selected specific investment projects were analyzed to identify their potential and possible challenges.
